Hello! I'm Alena aka Dawn, and I am currently a student artist residing in Canada.
I specialize in creature & character design with a focus on macabre & surreal themes. However, I am continuously exploring different types of art and on a journey to find my style.

Typically a full-body sketch takes 2.5 hours to complete

👁Experimental👁
Experimental pieces allow me to have artistic liberty over the style, and will result in surreal/psychedelic pieces like the examples shown. I use many effects and brushes in these pieces.
Typically, experimental drawings take around a week to complete but vary greatly.

👁Found Footage👁
Found footage artworks are rendered and heavily edited to create a creepy/surreal found footage esc image. These images work best with monsters and other creatures, and the backgrounds are pulled from liminal spaces.Typically, Found Footage art takes around between a day and a week to complete.

👁Custom Design👁
Custom designs are colored, lined, transparent, and simply shaded drawings that come with a color palette. Fill out the form below to tell me about the custom design.
Additional details like front and back, expressions, outfits, etc can be added into a reference with a price.
Rendered drawings will be fully shaded, colored, and lined.
Typically, a full,-body render can take multiple days- a week to finish

- Smaller commissions must be payed for prior to starting
- For larger commissions over 30$ it can be 50% upfront
- Payment is via PayPal
- Commissions are in USD.
- I do not offer refunds.
- Completed works will be sent via email.👁REFERENCES👁
- I can work with detailed text descriptions, but being provided references of characters is much better & appreciated.
- You can supply an image or description of a pose you'd like me to draw.
- For customs, you may supply me with just a text based prompt, but I also work with mood boards & collages.👁CONTACTING👁
- I may not always be available due to studies & work, but if you leave me a message, I will answer it as soon I can!
- While working on your commission, I will send frequent updates.
- If you have questions regarding your commission, feel free to ask.
- I am causal when it comes to communication, however do not constantly message me. I will send you an update when I can.👁PROCESS👁
- I will wait for a response before moving onto the next phase.
- If there is a revision you wish to make, do let me know. I can do revisions mainly during the sketching phase and minor revisions during line art/flat color phase.
- If you begin asking for major revisions, I will start charging extra.👁OWNERSHIP👁
As the artist of the commissioned piece, I reserve the right to:
- Post the artwork on social media.
- Use the artwork in my portfolio.
- Use the artwork as an example for my commissions.As a commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes, i.e. Banners or pfp (with credit)
- Repost the artwork (with credit)You are NOT allowed to:
- Remove my watermark.
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Modify the artwork.
- Sell the artwork.
- Use ANY of my work for AI technology, including NFTS.Failure to abide by these terms of service will result in an immediate blacklist.
